Methodology and Sources
This page describes the general methodology used across calculators, converters, file utilities, and browser-based tools.

Calculators and formulas
Calculator pages should show the formula or method used whenever the result is based on a defined mathematical relationship.
Inputs are normalized before calculation where required. Displayed values may be rounded, while intermediate calculations can retain additional precision.
Converters
Unit converters use standard conversion relationships. Small differences can occur because of decimal rounding or the precision selected for display.
File and browser utilities
File tools are tested with representative supported formats. Results can vary with malformed files, encryption, uncommon codecs, complex layouts, browser support, available memory, and device performance.
A successful browser operation does not remove the need to inspect an important output file before relying on it.
Health and finance limitations
Health results are educational estimates and are not diagnosis or treatment advice. Financial outputs are illustrative estimates and can differ from lender, tax, investment, or regulatory calculations.
Users should consult an appropriately qualified professional when a decision has medical, legal, tax, or financial consequences.
