SmarTool Palace welcomes clear reports about incorrect formulas, broken workflows, misleading documentation, inaccessible controls, and outdated references.

How to report an issue
Use the Contact Us page and include the tool URL, expected result, actual result, sample inputs when safe to share, browser/device information, and any supporting source.
Do not submit passwords, private documents, medical records, financial account details, or other confidential information.
Review process
Reports are reproduced where possible and compared with the displayed formula, implementation, browser support, and relevant authoritative references.
High-impact calculation errors and broken security or privacy behavior receive priority.
Publishing corrections
Confirmed issues are corrected in the tool, documentation, metadata, or supporting guide as appropriate. Material changes should update the visible modification date.
Minor spelling and formatting fixes may be applied without a separate correction notice.
